Data We Collect

Email address — to authenticate your account and manage your subscription.

Phone number — collected optionally when you join our referral program. Verified via SMS to prevent fraud. Not used for any other purpose.

Audio recordings — stored locally on your device. When you use the transcription feature, the audio file is temporarily uploaded to our servers for processing only. It is permanently deleted from our servers once processing is complete. For long-term backup, you may optionally connect your own Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox — recordings go to your personal account, not ours.

Contacts — accessed on-device only to display the caller's name. Your contact list is never uploaded to our servers.

Calendar — read and written on-device if you choose to add action items to your calendar. Not sent to our servers.

Anonymous usage data — aggregated statistics such as call duration range, detected language, and call type. Contains no personal identifiers and cannot be linked to any specific user.

Subscription data — your plan status and billing history. Payment processing is handled by a third party — we never store your card details.
How We Use Your Data

- To transcribe your recordings (audio deleted from our servers immediately after)
- To manage your subscription and billing
- To verify your identity for the referral program
- To improve the service through anonymous analytics
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising.
We use service providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements: payment processing, transcription processing (audio processed temporarily, not retained or used for model training), and cloud hosting for our database and infrastructure.
